We will take you through each clause of your chosen standard, explain in simple terms what each clause means, and then use practical exercises to start applying the theory to real-life scenarios.

DOCUMENTATION EDUCATION

To understand the documentation, first ask “what is a document?” The answer to the question must be known. They are documents in electronic or written-printed media that reveal the methods of any activity or help the reader about a task. With this training, it is aimed to convey to the participants the basic documentation requirements of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, the common features of documentation systems, and what needs to be done to create a lean documentation structure.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TRAINING

As it is known, considering the structure of management standards and organizations, this issue was more difficult and complex in the past. Recently, these difficulties have been overcome with the revisions made in the standards, so it has become clear that it is easier, more effective and more efficient to manage by integrating multiple systems (for example, ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001).

RISK ANALYSIS TRAINING

With this training, it is aimed that the participants will be informed about the hazards and risks in their workplaces, assess the risks, prepare the risk assessment table, determine the priorities and control measures, and carry out risk assessment and control.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING

One of the basic conditions of standardization is "Process Management". A correctly defined and applied process management will not only standardize the way of doing business, but also reveal the performance results of the processes, pave the way for managers and ensure correct decision-making. Process Management is one of the cornerstones of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard. With this training, it is aimed to inform the participants about the analysis, definition and effective management of processes (establishing, measuring, analyzing and improving their relations).

STANDARD BASIC TRAINING

This introductory course for anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of the Management System standards is designed to demonstrate your commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as to continually improve your quality management systems. The purpose of this training is to provide participants with an overview of the objectives and requirements of standart as a business development tool. If you are planning to receive training related to another standard, such as internal auditor / lead auditor training, this training is the basic step.
